The mission of the Desert Island Supply Co. is to work alongside Birmingham-area children and teens as they develop the creative tools they need to explore and document their worlds.
The Desert Island Supply Co. is a nonprofit creative writing program for students in Birmingham, Ala. Based in the city's Avondale neighborhood, we offer free in-school programs in area schools.
