STRANDED SUMMER: MYTHOLOGY

June 26-30 1-3pm

Crash! Splash! Gasp! Adventure, revenge, and heroic comebacks are just some of the themes in this workshop that will have students on the edge of their seats. We’ll learn about Birmingham’s cast iron statue of the Roman god Vulcan and dive deeper into some more of the well-known myths packed with science and history, reiterating the contrast between fact and fiction throughout.

Open to Incoming 3rd-6th Grades

Workshops are free to Birmingham City School and I3 Academy students.
Other students require a $100 workshop fee that must be paid before registration is confirmed. Workshop fees can be paid as a donation through our Network for Good site, found here. You will receive an email confirming your payment and registration within 24 hours.
